Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
🚨 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we’ve got your back.
We’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost.
For damaged items, please send a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of receiving it so we can process your replacement or refund.
🔁 Refunds Due to Shipping Issues
We will process refunds only in cases where the item arrives damaged due to shipping.
A photo of the damaged item must be emailed to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible.
